COVID-19 Service Changes

The Office of the Registrar is not open for in-person services.  However, we are maintaining service levels to the greatest extent possible.

If you need the assistance of our staff, please e-mail us.  You also can leave a detailed voice-mail message at (415) 476-8280, and we will respond.  Return phone calls may come from unfamiliar or blocked telephone numbers because many of our staff are working remotely.  Our normal service hours apply, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We are continuing to produce and mail transcripts.

Self-Service Enrollment Verification Available for Students

Current students can produce an enrollment verification in the student portal.  Access this function under the “Study List & Grades” tab.  Self-service enrollment verifications are free of charge.

IRS Form 1098-T

Your IRS Form 1098-T, Tuition Statement, for tax year 2020 is available.  Please read how to access your Form 1098-T.

Student Portal Access for Former Students

Former students retain access to the student portal in perpetuity to view their academic record and order transcripts.  However, recent IT security upgrades implemented on June 30, 2020, may have altered the login process.  If you need access to the student portal and your former login credentials do not work, or if you do not remember your login credentials, please e-mail the Office of the Registrar.

Online Study List Changes

To add, drop, or change courses, please submit your request from the "Study List" tab in the student portal.  Your request will be routed electronically to the designated approvers for your program. You will be able to follow the progress of the approvals under “My Petitions," and we will notify you of the decision by e-mail automatically.

Order Transcripts Online

Students and recent alumni who have a MyAccess login can submit transcript orders online. Simply log in to the student portal and click the "Transcripts" tab.  Alumni who do not have a MyAccess login but who remember their SAA user ID and PIN should contact the Office of the Registrar at (415) 476-8280 for assistance. Online ordering is not yet available for other alumni. Please submit a Transcript Request Form.
