Ordering Transcripts

Most current students and many alumni can order transcripts instantly through the Student Portal. Online ordering is the fastest option and allows you to upload attachments and send PDF transcripts electronically.

Current Students

Order Online

Log in to the student portal and select the “Study List & Grades” tab. You may choose either your legal name or lived name for each official transcript order.

An unofficial transcript is available in the student portal at no charge and displays your lived name. Select the “Study List & Grades” tab and then click “Order Transcript.”

You have the option to hold your order for degree posting if you place the order within one quarter prior to your expected graduation term. This option is not available if you place the order outside of this window.

Transcript Type

Official PDF transcripts are available. Compare paper vs. PDF and determine which format your recipient will accept. The system automatically creates an official PDF copy of your transcript within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Attachments

Both the paper and PDF online transcript order forms are able to accommodate attachments.

Before placing your order, confirm whether your recipient accepts PDF or electronic transcripts. If so, you will be asked for an email address.

If you are required to send a paper transcript, please choose the paper transcript option. You will be required to enter the mailing address and upload any attachments.

Please review our processing times and fees below.
