Degree Management System

Graduate academic students initiate the graduation process by submitting an Application for Graduation in the student portal after the term in which they wish to graduate has started. Students in professional schools are not required to apply for graduation.

For all programs, program administrators review potential degree candidates in the Degree Management System in the new staff portal.

2024-25 Degree Conferral Schedule

The table below shows the date on which the Office of the Registrar will be able to begin conferring degrees for that term.

Students and programs should plan accordingly. The degree conferral date is always the last date of the term as published in the Academic Calendar.
