Grade Submission Deadlines

Dates below are the dates by which your instructor should submit final grades for the quarter. Students (especially expected graduates) should monitor grades closely to ensure timely submission of grades and degree conferral for those graduating in any given quarter.

Faculty enter grades on-line; the grades appear in the student portal immediately; for 3rd- and 4th-year MD students, grades appear the following day.

If you are missing a grade, and the deadline for grade submission has passed, you should contact your instructor. Note: An NR grade ("Not Recorded") indicates that your instructor has not yet submitted grades.
