How To Obtain Your Diploma

Diplomas and certificates are available eight to twelve weeks after the end of the academic term in which you graduated. You will be notified when diplomas are available. You can pick up your diploma or certificate in person, or we can mail it to you. The university cannot guarantee availability of diplomas or certificates that have not been claimed within three years.

If we mail your diploma or certificate and it is returned as undeliverable, the fee to mail it again will be $25. Our office will replace diplomas and certificates free of charge only if you contact us within two weeks of receipt for damage or six months of shipment for non-delivery. Beyond these time periods, our standard fees for diploma reissue and mailing will apply.
