2011-2012 Annual Professional Degree Supplemental Fee of $18,354.00 for 4th year Pharmacy students is collected as follows:
Summer 2011:$6,118.00; Fall 2011: $6,118.00; Winter 2012: $6,118.00

2011-2012 Annual Student Health Fee of $2,532.00 for 4th year Pharmacy students is collected as follows:
Summer 2011:$844.00; Fall 2011: $844.00; Winter 2012: $844.00

2011-2012 Annual Pharmacy Association Fee of $21.00 for 4th year Pharmacy students is collected as follows:
Summer 2011:$7.00; Fall 2011: $7.00; Winter 2012: $7.00

**The professional degree supplemental fee for students who are members of the class in Kashmiri v. Regents of the University of California is $3,000.00 annually.
