Registration & Course Enrollment

Please review our How to Register page for an overview of the registration process.  The How to Register page provides the information you need to know for registration each quarter, including paying fees and course enrollment (study list filing).

Statement of Legal Residence

Please submit a Statement of Legal Residence.  The "Summary" tab in the student portal will show "Not Reviewed" as your residency status until we have reviewed and determined your California residency.  Allow 4 weeks for us to review your form.

Exception: Students admitted to Advanced Training in Clinical Research, International Dentistry, Biomedical Imaging, Post-Professional Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy, Post-Baccalaureate programs, and Global Health do not need to submit a Statement of Legal Residence.
