Student Portal

The student portal provides access to important information including fees, registration holds, grades, and course enrollments (study list filing). You also can update your address, expected graduation term, and some student health information.

Please log in to the student portal using your MyAccess ID and password. 

To register for MyAccess or to recover a lost ID or password, please visit the MyAccess page.  Enter your UCSF e-mail address. Read more about MyAccess here.

Registration Holds

In the student portal, you can view registration holds. You will not be able to enroll in classes or receive financial aid until you clear your holds. Students who have a hold on their registration will not be registered. If they do not clear their holds by the second week of the quarter, their registration will be cancelled, and we will refund any fees paid according to the refund schedule.

Addresses

The student portal will enable you to view and update your address and telephone information. Please keep this information up to date at all times during your career at UCSF. The university will expect you to be aware of all deadlines and other information that the university sends to the mailing address that you maintain in your record or to your UCSF e-mail account.

Privacy Settings

Federal regulations give you the right to keep certain elements of your student information confidential. Check your Privacy Settings tab and indicate your preferences. Additional information is available about the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
