The Office of the Registrar will mail you a letter containing important information for accessing campus electronic resources, including the student portal, and for submitting your Statement of Legal Residence (if required). If you do not receive your letter within two weeks after you accept your offer of admission, please contact us.

UCSF provides an IRS Form 1098-T, Tuition Statement, to students and former students who had fee payment, scholarship, or grant activity in the previous year.
Forms 1098-T for tax year 2012 are now available. Students who elected to receive their Form 1098-T electronically can access their form at www.1098t.com. Forms for other students were mailed on January 23, 2013. All students can access their form at www.1098t.com.

We now accept transcript orders online!
Alumni who do not have a MyAccess login but who remember their SAA user ID and PIN should contact the Office of the Registrar at 415-476-8280 for assistance.
Online ordering is not yet available for other alumni. Please submit a Transcript Request Form.
The Office of the Registrar does not accept cash for payment of miscellaneous fees (e.g., transcript requests, study list change petitions, and diploma mailing). Please pay miscellaneous fees by:
